You are thinking that Montreal is a great place to bring your pooch on vacation? Montrealers have lots of dogs and some really love their dogs. However Montreal's Mayor Tremblay does not give a fig about your lost pooch and he or she is likely to end up tortured and killed in a horrible manner at the City Pound called the '"Berger blanc" before you can find him. A floor mopper is given the task of euthanizing terrified animals and he tortures and kills them with glee! This has been going on for years according to past employees of the Berger blanc. Part of Québec's ingrained insensitivity to animals' welfare. Since this report, the Berger blanc has had nothing but a slap on the wrist, and are back to business as usual. YOUR PRECIOUS PUP IS NOT SAFE IN MONTREAL
